This session will discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector in the region and showcase the resilience of the tourism industry. Stakeholders of the tourism industry will discuss tourism facility management in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. What tactics and procedures worked or failed? What caused success or failure? The session will also delve into postCOVID tourism. Participants will learn how to safely and responsibly manage a tourism facility during a pandemic.
