We will be postponing the session to a later date. Please be on the look out for the details!

This 60-minute session responds to the following statement expressed in the RAR 2021: “Systemic risk is socially constructed. This implies that triggering hazard event or events as well as exposure, vulnerability and resilience are endogenous rather than exogenous characteristics of the system or systems. It also implies that the ways systems are structured and organized and the ways they internalize risk are also socially produced.”
